Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources across academic programs. This remote role coordinates between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and cost-effective.

You will blend operations, vendor management, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year for learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• 3 years for learning resource vendor management and program development.
• PM skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
