Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. This is a remote position with a flexible work arrangement.

You will coordinate between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and cost-effective while aligning with curriculum and institutional goals. A degree in education or related field is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 1 year of bookstore operations experience; 3 years for vendor management/program development.
• PM skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
