• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations; 3 years in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments and with external partners.

• Liaise between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum goals.
