Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources integral to academic programs. You will liaise between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.

The role is remote, with reporting to the Director of Learning Resources.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• The ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between faculty, vendors and the online bookstore to manage learning resources.
• Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Analyze data and collaborate to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments.
