Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources used across academic programs. You'll coordinate between faculty, vendors and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum.

This remote role reports to the Director of Learning Resources and enables flexible work from approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education or related field.
• Experience in learning resources operations or vendor management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore; ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Blend operational execution with vendor management, data analysis, and cross‑department collaboration to enhance online learning for students and faculty; report to the Director of Learning Resources.
