Job summary

You will serve as a liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum and goals.

This remote role requires project management skills, collaboration across departments, and familiarity with LMS platforms and MS Office.

Qualifications

• One year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years' experience for learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree as listed; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, partners, vendors and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operations, vendor relations, data analysis and collaboration to improve the student/faculty experience.
