Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources for academic programs. This remote role requires coordinating with faculty, vendors and the online bookstore to ensure resources align with curriculum and institutional goals.

You will blend operations, vendor management, data analysis and cross-department collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience in online learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable and cost-effective.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and manage third-party and digital learning resources.
