Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations; 3 years for vendor management and program development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal partners and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-efficient.
• Blend operations, vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experiences in online learning.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
