Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. This remote role connects faculty, partners, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum.

Qualifications

• 1 year for bookstore operations, 3 years for vendor management/program development.
• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, partners, vendors, and online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Analyze data and collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience in online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and manage multiple priorities.
