Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources across academic programs. This remote role requires coordination with faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum.

You will report to the Director of Learning Resources and contribute to cost-effective resource management, data-driven decisions, and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: Yes.
• 1 year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support team; 3 years for vendor management and program development team.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMSs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; support student and faculty experiences in online learning environments.
