Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources for academic programs. This remote role reports to the Director of Learning Resources.

The position emphasizes liaison work among faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and cost-effective while aligning with curriculum goals.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and 3 years in learning resource vendor management or program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

• You will be an important liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore; ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-efficient, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
