Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to work remotely from home offices, delivering online instruction to independent contractors before they begin on client programs. A Bachelor's degree is required, and teaching experience is essential to prepare PROs effectively for projects.

Instructors design curricula, train agents, and support scheduling and readiness. The role reports to the Director of Agent Development and offers a comprehensive benefits package with remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in education or related field.
• Teaching experience is essential and highly valued.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment.
• 3–5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of call center processes is a plus.
• Willingness to have fun, be creative, and inspire learning.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions PROs for quality project work.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs and tailor materials accordingly.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects, including testing and dissemination of project information.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large/ongoing projects.
• Support agent scheduling to improve retention and success rates.
