Job summary

Working Solutions is hiring full-time Instructors to teach remotely, preparing independent contractors (PROs) for virtual call center programs. Candidates must be US residents in listed states and hold a Bachelor's degree with teaching experience.

You will design curricula, build prep materials, train PROs, and support scheduling and performance reporting, all from a home office. This role emphasizes organization, rapid learning, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3–5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience preferred.
• Teaching experience is essential and required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and prepare pros for project work.
• Develop virtual prep materials from client documentation.
• Prepare agents to complete projects, including testing and info-sharing.
• Assist instructors with delivery of project preparation information.
