Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering online instruction to independent contractor PROs just before they begin working on client programs. Instructors must be US residents of listed states and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with teaching experience.

Responsibilities include designing curriculum, preparing PROs, and coordinating with the Director of Agent Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher, preferably in Education.
• Teaching experience is essential and desirable for virtual or classroom settings.
• US citizen or permanent resident as a minimum eligibility requirement.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate learning remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and prepare instructors for client projects.
• Research client needs and tailor preparation materials.
• Deliver project preparation information to PROs and assist with scheduling.
• Provide results reporting to management or clients as requested.
