Working Solutions, a global leader in agent and technology solutions, seeks full-time Instructors to deliver online instruction remotely to independent contractor PROs before they begin work on client programs.

Instructors design curricula, prepare PROs, and collaborate with the Director of Agent Development to ensure project readiness. Strong teaching experience and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Teaching experience is essential.
• Strong communication and motivational skills are crucial.
• Work-from-home requires good organization and self-motivation.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Design class curriculum and prepare instructors for projects.
• Prepare PROs with testing and project information.
• Assist with scheduling for new projects and for active PROs.
• Provide preparation and answer questions for PROs as needed.
• Document programs and procedures; report results to management.
