Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home, delivering online instruction to our independent contractor PROs before they begin work on client programs.

To qualify, candidates must be U.S. residents in listed states and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Teaching experience is essential, with a focus on engaging students and effective curriculum delivery in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education.
• Teaching experience essential; virtual teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and prepare Working Solutions Pros for projects.
• Research client requirements and develop training materials.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs and adjust docs.
• Provide project materials and testing guidelines to PROs.
• Assist with scheduling and reinforcement for new projects.
• Respond to PRO questions and track training outcomes.
