Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to deliver online instruction from home, training independent contractors before they begin client work.

You will design curricula, prepare PROs, test materials, and support onboarding for new projects, reporting to the Director of Agent Development.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, teaching experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to succeed in a fully remote, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) or higher; education-related preferred.
• Teaching experience is essential; virtual experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate learning are crucial.
• Ability to work from home with organization and independent drive.
• Comfort with rapidly changing projects and detailed instruction.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs and tailor materials.
• Develop virtual preparation materials based on client documentation with guidance.
• Prepare assigned agents to complete projects, including testing and information transfer.
• Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation for large or ongoing projects.
• Assist with agent scheduling to improve information retention and success rates.
• Provide additional preparation and support for active PROs to ensure quality performance.
• Respond to PRO questions and recognize accomplishments.
• Document and implement programs, processes and procedures as needed.
• Provide results reporting to management and clients.
