Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work remotely from home offices, delivering online instruction to independent contractors before they begin on client programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or higher) and teaching experience, with emphasis on clear communication and the ability to motivate learning. Candidates should be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable multitasking in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education.
• Teaching experience is essential and curriculum development experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate learning in virtual settings.
• Able to work from home with strong organization and independent drive.
• 3–5 years classroom or virtual training experience; knowledge of call center processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Prepare agents with project details, testing, and relevant client information.
• Assist with project preparation and agent scheduling for new projects.
• Provide ongoing preparation and respond to PRO questions to ensure success.
• Document programs and provide results reporting to management or client.
