Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to deliver online instruction from home offices, preparing independent contractor PROs for virtual call center projects.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and teaching experience, with strong communication and organization. The role emphasizes curriculum design, training delivery, and ability to learn new teaching tools. This remote position is nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (preferably related to Education).
• Teaching experience is essential; virtual experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Ability to work from home with independent drive and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality work.
• Research and training to understand client business and project requirements.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs.
• Review and modify project documentation for virtual preparation.
• Develop virtual preparation materials with guidance from the Director of Agent Development.
• Prepare agents to complete projects, including testing and providing information.
• Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information.
• Assist with agent scheduling for new projects to aid retention and success.
• Provide preparation for active PROs and answer related questions; celebrate achievements.
• Document programs and procedures; implement improvements as needed.
• Provide results reporting to management and/or client.
