Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering our online instruction to independent contractor PROs before they begin working on client programs.

Design curricula, thoroughly prepare PROs for quality project work, and report to the Director of Agent Development. The role includes creating training materials, testing, scheduling, and responsive support to ensure client satisfaction and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (prefer related to Education).
• Teaching experience is essential and highly valued.
• Strong communication and motivational skills are critical for success.
• Ability to work from home with strong organization and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Design class curricula and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing project information.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large or ongoing projects.
• Help schedule agents during onboarding to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide preparation support and respond to PRO questions; recognize accomplishments.
