Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work remotely from home offices to deliver online instruction to our independent contractor PROs before they begin working on client programs. Qualified candidates must be US residents of AR, AZ, FL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, or TX and hold a Bachelor's degree with teaching experience.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, preparing PROs for projects, client liaison, and providing ongoing support to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (required).
• Teaching experience is essential; virtual teaching is a plus.
• 3–5 years classroom and/or virtual training experience.
• Knowledge of call center processes is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for project work.
• Meet with clients to determine preparation needs and tailor materials.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects and provide project information.
• Assist instructors with delivery of project preparation for large projects.
• Schedule agents when starting new projects to improve retention and success.
• Provide preparation-related support and respond to PRO questions.
• Document programs and procedures; deliver results reporting as requested.
