Job summary

DNV is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to grow our ICT assurance services portfolio across North America. You will cultivate client relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive the sales process from initial contact through proposal and closing.

You’ll collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, and technical specialists to match client needs with ISO/IEC standards, TISAX, and related training and assurance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in B2B sales or related role.
• Experience developing or qualifying opportunities through outbound prospecting or inbound leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities via prospecting, campaigns, cross-selling, and follow-up of leads.
• Build a qualified pipeline across DNV’s ICT assurance portfolio.
• Articulate ICT assurance services in business terms and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing input, approvals, and client responses.
• Maintain CRM records and update pipeline and forecast with clear next steps.
