Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America seeks a Junior Sales Executive to develop new business across ICT assurance services, including ISO/IEC standards and training. You will build client relationships, follow up on leads, and manage opportunities from initial contact through proposal and closing.

You will work with sales, account management, marketing, and technical specialists to connect client needs with appropriate ICT assurance services and contribute to North America growth.

Qualifications

• Develop new opportunities through targeted prospecting, outbound campaigns, cross-selling, and follow-up on leads from marketing, webinars, training, events, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Research target organizations and decision-makers, re-engage selected prospects, and build a qualified pipeline across ICT assurance portfolio.
• Develop knowledge of ICT assurance and training services, monitor market developments, and contribute to sales messaging.

Responsibilities

• Qualify client needs, priorities, stakeholders, timing, and commercial potential; manage opportunities from contact to closing.
• Build trusted client relationships, explain ICT assurance services in business terms, and identify cross-sell and account-expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing input, internal approvals, client follow-up, and responses to inquiries and RFPs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, clear next steps, pipeline and forecast updates, and handoffs to delivery teams.
