Job summary

Trellix in the United States is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with commercial and enterprise sales teams, learning to translate customer needs into compelling cybersecurity solutions through demonstrations and POV activities.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to gather requirements, deliver demos, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and drive the technical win across Trellix's portfolio, with a clear growth path in presales and cybersecurity expertise.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in cybersecurity or presales roles.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations.
• Ability to gather requirements and map to security solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with RFIs/RFPs and POC processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to qualify technical requirements and demonstrate capabilities.
• Gather customer requirements and map them to use cases.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and present solution proposals.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Execute POV activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Build rapport with technical contacts and seek expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to executive briefings and beta programs.
• Participate in presales enablement and share customer insights.
