Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to support the technical sales lifecycle for commercial and enterprise accounts. You will partner with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to discover customer needs and deliver solution demonstrations.

You will build trust, execute proofs-of-value, and help address technical inquiries across Sales, Renewals, Support, and Product teams. This role offers growth in presales and cybersecurity expertise.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, presales support, or solutions engineering.
• Foundational knowledge in cloud security, data protection, and network security.
• Able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins by qualifying requirements and presenting capabilities.
• Gather customer business needs and map them to security use cases.
• Deliver technical demos and assist in solution proposals to stakeholders.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Execute POV activities to demonstrate value and performance.
