Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams in driving technical wins across our cybersecurity portfolio. You will discover customer requirements, deliver solution demonstrations, and manage proofs-of-value to help organizations defend against evolving threat landscapes.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to discover customer needs, build trust, deliver

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, presales support, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Introductory or intermediate certifications preferred (e.g., Security+, Network+, AWS/Azure Fundamentals, CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins by qualifying requirements and presenting solution capabilities with sales teams.
• Gather customer business needs and map security challenges to use cases.
• Deliver technical demos and assist in presenting solution proposals to stakeholders.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires with presales guidance.
• Execute POVs to demonstrate solution performance against evaluation criteria.
• Build rapport with technical contacts and assist with inquiries alongside Support.
