Job summary
Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams to drive technical wins across our cybersecurity portfolio. You will discover customer requirements, deliver solution demonstrations, and manage proofs-of-value to help organizations defend against evolving threat landscapes.
As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you will support the technical sales lifecycle for commercial and enterprise accounts, working with Account Executives and Senior Sales
Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, presales support, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical support.
Responsibilities
- Support technical wins with sales and senior engineers during client calls and visits.
- Gather customer business needs and map them to security solution use cases.
- Deliver technical demos and present solution proposals to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires with presales guidance.
- Assist POV execution to demonstrate solution performance against evaluation criteria.
- Build rapport with technical contacts and assist with inquiries, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Support executive briefings and beta programs with technical setups and demonstrations.
- Participate in presales enablement and stay current on security trends.
