Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams in driving technical wins across the cybersecurity portfolio. In this role, you will discover customer requirements, deliver solution demonstrations, and manage proofs-of-value to help organizations defend against evolving threat landscapes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or presales support.
• Foundational knowledge in security domains and architectures.
• Strong verbal and written communication with business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins by partnering with sales during client calls.
• Gather customer requirements and map them to solution use cases.
• Deliver technical demos and assist in presenting proposals to stakeholders.
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires with presales guidance.
• Assist POV execution to demonstrate value against evaluation criteria.
• Build rapport with technical contacts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Assist with executive briefings and beta programs.
• Participate in presales enablement and share customer insights with Product teams.
