Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to deliver remote IT support and hands-on troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and cloud environments. You’ll manage updates, user issues, and escalate where needed, keeping client systems secure and reliable.

You will operate in a fast-paced team, handle on-call after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations, and contribute to MSP-style IT service delivery with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Experience supporting Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Minimum of three years in IT Support or similar.
• Knowledge of firewalls, switches, network architecture & troubleshooting.
• Proficient with MS Office, Active Directory, backup software & endpoint security.
• MSP experience is highly desirable.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems.
• Address standard business application issues (Office).
• Handle line-of-business apps like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks with vendor support.
• Manage M365 administration issues as needed.
• Tackle server issues and basic/intermediate networking tasks.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
