Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a collaborative System Administrator to deliver remote IT support, manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and keep client environments secure and healthy across Windows, Mac, servers, and networking.

You will participate in an on‑call rotation, support both onsite and remote operations, and contribute to our high standards of service while working from a home office in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Support or similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025.
• VMWare and Hyper‑V virtualization experience.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches and network troubleshooting.
• Proficient in MS Office, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity and mobile devices.
• MSP experience is desirable.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workstation OS issues of any kind.
• Printer issues of any kind.
• Office applications issues of any kind.
• Line-of-business app issues (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) and with vendor assistance.
• M365 administration issues.
• Server issues of any kind.
• Basic and intermediate networking issues.
• Escalation point for technicians.
