Zusammenfassung

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to deliver remote IT support with a customer-first mindset. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS, manage servers, virtualization, Azure, and M365, and assist with network issues while maintaining top-tier service standards.

Responsibilities include solving workstation and application problems, supporting SAGE/QuickBooks, and serving as the escalation point for technicians.

Qualifikationen

Minimum five years in IT support or a similar role.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
Able to work full-time (40 hours) with PST schedule.
Willing to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Active Server Certifications are preferred.

Aufgaben

Resolve workstation OS issues.
Resolve printer issues.
Handle Office/other business application issues.
Support SAGE ERP and QuickBooks line-of-business apps.
Administer MS 365 and Entra/AD as needed.
Troubleshoot server issues.
Deal with basic to intermediate networking.
Escalation point for technicians.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
