Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to provide both onsite and remote IT support, handling system updates and hands-on troubleshooting to maintain high service standards. You will resolve OS, printer, and application issues, support servers and networking, and participate in an on-call rotation.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, expertise with Windows and Mac, Server 2016–2025, VMware/Hyper-V, and MS 365/Azure, with AD experience and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Three+ years in IT Support or a similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience supporting MS 365 and Azure.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.
• Willing to work full-time on-site, at the office or client locations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues and printer problems with minimal assistance.
• Troubleshoot standard business apps (Office, etc.) and line-of-business apps.
• Address server issues and basic/intermediate networking problems.
• Escalate as needed and participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
