Job summary

Jobgether seeks a System Administrator I for a partner company located in the United States. The role supports a remote-first IT environment, troubleshooting Windows/macOS, servers, cloud services, and security tools.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Entra ID, and virtualization with VMware/Hyper-V while ensuring reliable client operations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support or systems administration, MSP experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT support experience.
• Windows and macOS environments troubleshooting and support.
• Windows Server 2016-2025 administration and troubleshooting.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• MSP experience desired.
• Strong English communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, printers, and business apps.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016-2025).
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and AD services.
• Support virtualization via VMware and Hyper-V.
• Assist with Sage ERP and QuickBooks integration issues with vendors.
• Troubleshoot network issues including firewalls and switches.
• Support endpoint security, backups, and mobile devices.
• Act as escalation point and share knowledge with teammates.
• Deliver clear, professional client communication and accurate documentation.
• Meet KPIs like CSAT, quality scores, and ticket resolution times.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
