Job summary
Intelligent Technical Solutions is hiring a System Administrator to deliver remote IT support, handle system updates, and troubleshoot issues across Windows and Mac environments. You will support server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Azure, and Office 365, while maintaining strong client service and documentation.
A minimum of three years in IT support is required. You will join a collaborative team, participate in an on-call rotation, and ensure high-quality service delivery with a focus on
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
- Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
- Experience supporting Azure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
- Minimum of three years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in supporting MS Office, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- Active Server Certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Handle system updates and maintenance tasks.
- Serve as escalation point for technicians.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
