Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health.

The role involves planning and implementing governance controls, ensuring systems run optimally, and maintaining compliance with company goals and regulatory requirements. After-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading a team of analysts in an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor IT governance processes and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incident resolution and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate incident response and participate in change management reviews.
• Develop and maintain Major Incident Management processes and delivery.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned.
