Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ITIL and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with developers, users, IT and vendors to enhance performance and data health.

The role involves incident response coordination, change management assessment, and leading governance initiatives across multiple environments. After-hours support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required if experience applicable.
• ITIL Certification preferred and valuable for your progression.
• Minimum 1–3 years IT or computer science experience.
• Familiarity with IT governance, policy creation and control frameworks.
• Experience with incident response and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop IT policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, IT and vendors to improve processes.
• Monitor IT governance controls to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead process improvements to resolve recurring technical and business issues.
• Participate in incident response and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
