Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance, processes, and data health.

You will participate in planning and implementing governance policies to ensure systems run optimally and meet regulatory requirements, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.
• 1-3 years in IT or computer science field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance with requirements.
• Monitor and improve governance processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead incident/change management communications and reviews.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
