Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, internal IT, and vendors to improve performance, data health, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes risk-based control evaluation, process improvement, and incident/change management across IT environments. After-hours support and cross-functional coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1-3 years technical experience in information technology or computer science.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience eliciting process details and work instructions from business subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile frameworks.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance (access, change, incident, service management).
• Continuously monitor IT governance processes and controls; provide improvement recommendations.
• Identify and propose process improvements to resolve recurring problems with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to resolution of incidents, service requests, problem management, and change management with stakeholders.
• Coordinate in incident response activities and conduct corrective action reviews to prevent recurrences.
• Assess impact of proposed changes on governance policies, procedures and controls during change management.
• Develop, maintain, lead and communicate Major Incident Management processes and delivery.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned.
