Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst for IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards in alignment with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to enhance performance and data health.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and ITIL/Agile knowledge. Occasional after-hours support is expected, with opportunities to influence governance across

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of technical IT experience.
• Experience leading a team of analysts recommended.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and improve IT governance processes and controls.
• Identify process improvements with stakeholders.
• Report barriers in Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
• Coordinate incident response activities and corrective actions.
• Assess change impact on IT governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• After hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned
