Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ITIL. You’ll collaborate with developers, users, IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires IT experience, ITIL knowledge, and after-hours support. You’ll participate in incident and change management, driving efficiencies across the governance program.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ItIL Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of technical IT experience.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading analysts in an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Ability to work with business SMEs to elicit process details.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards in line with ITIL.
• Collaborate with developers, users, IT, and vendors to improve processes and data health.
• Monitor IT governance controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Lead incident response coordination and major incident reviews.
• Participate in change management assessments to minimize impact.
• Document requirements and ensure clear work instructions.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages and incidents.
