Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You'll work with developers, users, IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health, planning and implementing governance aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.

The role requires after-hours support and strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with familiarity in IT governance and Agile frameworks.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years IT or CS experience.
• After hours support required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk and compliance (access, change, incident, service).
• Monitor governance processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Identify process improvements with business leads.
• Report barriers in incident/change management and drive resolution.
• Assist in incident response and post-mortem reviews.
• Coordinate changes to IT governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
