Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT and vendors to improve performance and data health.

You will plan and implement governance processes to ensure systems run optimally and comply with regulations and industry standards, including incident and change management, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• 1-3 years technical experience in information technology or computer science.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience eliciting process details and work instructions from business experts.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of Agile framework.
• Adherence to compliance program objectives

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor governance processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incidents, service requests, problem and change management.
• Participate in incident response and corrective actions reviews.
• Assess impact of changes on governance policies and controls.
• Develop, maintain, lead and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• After hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned
