• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience eliciting process details and work instructions from SMEs.
• Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls and compliance requirements (access, change, incident, service).
• Monitor governance processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to resolutions of incidents, service requests, problems, and changes.
