Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance Services to work remotely in the United States. You will handle escalated calls, provide product knowledge, and resolve issues with care, contributing to a superior customer experience.

You’ll receive remote training and ongoing coaching while working within a global team that emphasizes humanity in business. The role starts at $17.50 per hour with potential performance bonuses and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer services experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet connection (>25mbps). A hardwired connection to your home router is required.
• A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you’ll appreciate the quiet).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications from customers and members regarding account information, member profiles, coverage, and service-related inquiries
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
