Job summary

We are hiring an Insurance Customer Support Associate for a remote role with TTEC. You will educate, support, and update external brokers across the healthcare insurance lifecycle, handling enrollment, billing, claims, and benefits questions.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and reliable internet. Base pay starts at $16 per hour with performance bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• USB wired headset recommended
• Smart phone or device for daily login

Responsibilities

• Educate, support, and update Brokers throughout their lifecycle.
• Rectify broker, group, or member issues relating to benefits, claims, enrollment and billing processes.
• Provide concierge level support to brokers as they sell our product in our markets.
