Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Insurance Customer Support Associate to work remotely in the United States, serving Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. You’ll help customers with inquiries, provide product guidance with compassion, and resolve issues to elevate the customer experience daily.

In this role you’ll log in via mobile or desktop, adhere to HIPAA privacy standards, and collaborate with a global team, all while earning a base hourly wage with performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (>15 Mbps).
• USB wired headset recommended.
• Smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android for daily login.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
