Job summary

TTEC is hiring an Insurance Customer Support Associate to work remotely within the United States. The role focuses on educating, supporting, and updating our external brokers throughout the lifecycle of healthcare insurance.

You’ll identify and resolve broker, group, or member issues, collaborate with brokers, and provide concierge-level support as they sell our products in the markets. This position includes base pay with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (>15 Mbps).
• USB wired headset preferred; Bluetooth not recommended.
• Smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily login.

Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify Broker/Group/Member issues related to insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing across lines of business.
• Work directly with external brokers to establish rapport and build confidence in healthcare insurance.
• Provide concierge level support to brokers who serve as a key acquisition channel.
