Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to train while earning a base wage of $16/hr and to have licensing fees and continuing education covered by the company.

During training you will study for your state licensing exam and complete the licensing process with support from TTEC. You will help customers select the right insurance options and provide friendly, compliant service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of sales experience or more.
• Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Comfort with computer systems and online platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (>15 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding coverages and recommend suitable products.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, inbound or outbound.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and active listening to identify best solutions.
• Identify additional needs and help customers upgrade products or services.
