Job summary

TTEC is hiring an Insurance Customer Support Associate to work remotely from the United States. You will educate, support, and update external brokers throughout the lifecycle of healthcare insurance, resolving billing, enrollment and claim questions with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma, and reliable internet. A headset is preferred and a smartphone or device for daily login is required for the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (>15 mbps).
• USB wired headset recommended (not Bluetooth).
• Smartphone or another IOS/Android device for daily login.

Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify broker, group or member issues related to insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing.
• Work with external brokers to build rapport and confidence in our healthcare insurance.
• Provide concierge-level support to brokers who serve as a key acquisition channel.
