Job summary

TTEC Community Partners is seeking an Insurance Customer Support Associate to work remotely in the United States. You will educate, support, and update external brokers through the healthcare insurance lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

You’ll work with brokers to establish rapport, address complex inquiries, and provide high-quality concierge-style support, with base pay starting at $16 per hour plus performance bonuses and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recognize and solve mid-to-high level service issues.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (> 15 Mbps).
• USB wired headset recommended; Bluetooth headsets may not be supported.
• Smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android for daily login.

Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify broker/group/member issues across benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing.
• Collaborate with external brokers to build rapport and confidence in our healthcare insurance.
• Provide concierge level broker support as they sell our product in markets.
